There have been a few bends in the road over the last 38 years, sometimes even one step forward and two steps back. Read lots of books – Dr. Christiane Northrup and Leslie Kenton were my life line, as I devoured their books, ‘Women’s Bodies Women’s Wisdom’, ‘Passage to Power’, ‘Ageless Ageing’, then stumbled on Dr. Lee “What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause’.

Who Am I Really – ‘A Warm Hearted, Soulful Child of God’ …… put on this earth to help myself and others discover our true purpose in life, and also achieve those goals.
I’m 58 years old, and not afraid to speak my mind. Very young at heart, face challenges with a positive, youthful outlook. Having gone through many many rough patches in my life, like many of you, learning lessons the hard way. In the last 27 years, I have studied and researched, and now, in a position where, I can help cushion the rocky road ahead for many of you.
My journey is still continuing, I am forever learning new things, and wishing I had the tools I have now, back then.
Menopause has not been an easy transition for me, although, having said that, it was a lot easier than for many other women walking that path. Thanks to some wonderful natural products I discovered in my mid 40’s, I have been able to maintain my youth and vibrancy for the last 15 years, and plan to continue. Talk to me about it.
Although I see myself as a bit of an expert in ‘Women’s Health & Wellbeing’, I’m not averse to helping the odd man here and there – after all relationships do take two. As you can see, I’m a huge believer in alternative healthcare – my belief system is, that we can change the world by changing ourselves. It all starts with one person – the one smiling back at you from your bathroom mirror.
Have I completed my journey? Absolutely not, it’s a work in progress.
